Calling the USA From an International Location 
The caller calls the switch with his pre-assigned DID (Direct Inward Dial) number. Which is physically in the United States. You allow the phone to ring once or twice and hang up. The switch will call you back within 2 to 5 seconds with a dial tone, from here you dial as if you were in the  USA. 

For instance, if you were calling from Turkey to the USA (or any international location to the USA) after receiving the call back, you would dial 001(Turkey international dialing code+ 1(usa country code) your DID + Number, ring twice and hang up. 2-5 seconds later the system will call you back and you will have a voice prompt sayind"dial your destination number".

If you wanted to send a Fax to Avex telecom from a international destination outside the Continental 
USA, you would dial after the callback 1 407-975-7547

Calling from an International Location to Another International Location
The caller calls the switch with his pre-assigned DID number (Direct Inward Dial) number. The switch will call you back within 2 to 5 seconds with a dial tone, from here you dial 011 plus the Country code and City code plus the number. 

For instance, if you were calling from China to the United Kingdom, after receiving the call back, dial 011 44 + Number.
