-Dial Access Number (international access number for your country, and callback access number to U.S.) -Listen for 1 or 2 rings, hang up, and wait for call back (For Internet triggering, go to http://www.tvicallback.com and follow the instructions) -Hear ring back and answer phone

II. To make administration call
-Dial Access Number -Listen for 1 or 2 rings, hang up, and wait for call back -Hear ring back and answer phone, -Press "*" when hear voice prompt -Press 1 to 6 from the menu:
2 to change your callback type 3 to change your speed dial list 4 to check your account balance (pre-paid account only) 5 to change your pin number 6 to change prompt language -Follow the prompt instruction and complete the administration change (see II.1 to II.6) -Press "#" to exit or to place a call, or press "**" to hang up
